In 2016, Chris returned to Utah and joined Homer Roofing, recognizing an opportunity to bring his expertise home. He purchased the company in 2018.
Chris and his wife have made their home in Smithfield, where they’re raising five children. Outside of work, he’s an advocate for active living—whether that means exploring Utah’s backcountry or staying competitive on the basketball court.

As Operations Manager for Homer’s southern branch, Jon oversees project coordination, crew management, and customer relationships—ensuring every job meets the company’s standards for quality and professionalism.
A lifelong resident of Bountiful, Jon lives there with his wife and five children. He maintains an active lifestyle centered around trail running, outdoor recreation with his family, and following the Utah Jazz. He also teaches history classes in the evenings at local universities.
Jon’s financial background provides strong analytical and organizational skills, making him effective at managing the complex coordination required in construction operations. He understands that successful projects depend on clear communication and attention to detail.

Cathy began her career in marketing before dedicating time to raising her seven children. She returned to the professional sphere in 2018, joining Homer Roofing where she has served for more than four years.
Outside of work, Cathy is a devoted wife and mother with a passion for home renovation and DIY design. She values quality time with her family and meaningful connections centered around music and shared experiences.

Over nearly three years with the company, her role has evolved from administrative assistant to full Office Administrator, reflecting her growing expertise in customer service, operational coordination, and system management.
She specializes in customer relationship management as our CRM system specialist. She designs and maintains the systems that enable Homer to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences through coordinated workflows.
Catie-Jo resides along the Wasatch Front with her husband and two pets. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in international relations, with a particular focus on Korean culture and language.
