I have spent two weeks trying to contact them to get a bid for my roof. It took the very lovely secretary 3 times to get anyone to even come and look at my roof. And I still haven’t got a bid. No communication, no phone call after they FINALLY looked at, no email, no text, nothing. I’m pretty disappointed, I went with them because of their reviews. Would be great if they could work on their communication, really feel like I got the run around . What benefit is it to waste my time? I could and should have contacted other roofers.UPDATE: they got back to me on a Saturday (which I am sure they don’t work weekends, I hope they don’t) Rick was very nice and apologetic about the time it took to get a bid out.I completely understand how things can get messy and busy, I would have really liked to have had realistic time lines.Overall, I think they did the best they could at the time.Update: They got back to me and got my roof fixed very quickly, I am very grateful for them and would absolutely recommend. I do not think that they knew I had slipped through the cracks, would like to give them credit where credit is due. Once I left this review they immediately reached out to me and made things right. Which to me shows what a great company they are. Thank you all
