Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided through our website or during inspections are subject to:
- Final verification of work scope during on-site assessment
- Changes in material costs or unforeseen conditions discovered during work
- Written contract agreement before work begins
Warranty Terms
Our lifetime workmanship warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty applies to installation work performed by Homer Roofing
- Does not cover damage from acts of nature or severe weather
- Does not cover normal wear and tear of materials
- Does not cover damage caused by third parties or homeowner modifications
- Material defects are covered separately by manufacturer warranties
